Booking & Cancellation

All appointments must be confirmed through Fresha to secure your booking with us.

Unfortunately without securing your appointment we are unable to hold the booking for you.

All bookings require you to input your card details through a secure link from our booking system, Fresha.
Terms and conditions are clearly outlined in the email you will receive upon confirmation.

A notice period of 48 hours applies for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments, failure to do so will result in an automatic charge to the card on file for 50% of the booked service.

Please note if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and 100% of your booking will be charged,

100% fee will be charged if you do not show to your appointment.

If funds are not available on your card, this fee will need to be paid before BLR Hair Artistry offer any future appointments.

If the 100% booking fee is not paid, BLR Hair Artistry reserves the right to block all access for you to make any future appointments.

Please note all card transactions will incur a 1.7% surcharge.
